PGC are expecting final certification for the underground carpark later this evening. This is fantastic news for the club after waiting so long!
We are hopeful that it will be opened sometime on Saturday 28th October. Minicon are required to do a final tidy up and move site fencing around for access and PGC need to erect some temporary signage. A push notification will be sent to members once opened.
The new basement carpark is a two-way ramp and we ask members to enter the ramp with caution.
Pedestrians will also need to use the ramp or stairwell to return to the top level as the other access points for the new clubhouse/pro shop are still part of the construction site. You will notice one end of the carpark will be fenced off.
Please drive slowly as cars and pedestrians will be simultaneously using the ramp. Also, please be patient and mindful of others, including staff as we all get familiar with the layout of the new basement carpark.
