In partnership with Yalumba, Australia’s oldest family-owned winery, this exclusive event features a carefully curated four-course dinner paired with a selection of their award-winning wines. Each wine has been expertly matched to complement the flavours of every dish, with a wine ambassador on hand to share the stories, heritage and craftsmanship behind each pour.
Enjoy standout dishes including grilled fremantle octopus with caviar, a fried paella bomba of cod and crab, and centre-cut black angus eye fillet served with truffled spinach, pommes dauphine and red wine jus. The evening concludes with a curated selection of artisan cheeses, seasonal fruit and accompaniments.
We will have on-premise wine available to purchase on the night. This wine in not available for purchase from the bottleshops.
